1.1 By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event, the participant agrees to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
1.2 The event is a curated women-centric celebration. Entry is subject to prior registration and confirmation.
1.3 The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual behaving in a disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate manner.

2.1 Ticket Price: ₹1199 per person.
2.2 Offer: ₹200 discount applicable when bringing a friend (subject to verification at booking stage).
2.3 Full payment must be made in advance to confirm participation.
2.4 Tickets are non-transferable unless approved in writing by the organiser.
2.5 Confirmation will be shared via email/WhatsApp upon successful payment.

3.1 Tickets once purchased are non-refundable.
3.2 In case of cancellation by the organiser due to unforeseen circumstances (including force majeure events such as natural calamities, government restrictions, or venue unavailability), the organiser may:

• Offer a rescheduled date, OR

• Provide a partial/full refund at its discretion.

3.3 No refund will be provided for no-shows.

4.1 Participation in activities such as ramp walk or games is voluntary.
4.2 Organisers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage during participation unless caused by proven gross negligence.

Code of Conduct

5.1 Participants must maintain respectful behaviour toward fellow attendees, speakers, venue staff, and organisers.
5.2 Harassment, discrimination, intoxicated misconduct, or disruptive behaviour will result in immediate removal without refund.
5.3 The event promotes a safe, inclusive, and empowering environment.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you must notify the organisers in writing before the event. While reasonable efforts will be made, complete exclusion from crowd shots cannot be guaranteed.

Payment gateway providers store their own data, so all payments are secured, and the company has no access to.

Data Storage & Security

• Personal data is stored securely with restricted access.

• Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are implemented to protect against unauthorised access, misuse, or disclosure.

• Data is retained only for as long as necessary for event administration and lawful business purposes.

Limitation of Liability

While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure. Searching Soulmate shall not be liable for breaches beyond reasonable control.
