TERMS & CONDITIONS (Bottle of Hope – Anniversary Edition)

1. Event Registration

• Participation is confirmed only upon successful payment and registration.
• Seats are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Registration is non-transferable unless approved by the organizers.

2. Participation Fee

• Anniversary discounted fee of ₹799 is valid only for the announced offer period.
• Fees include participation in the event, curated activities, and refreshments/food as specified.
• Any travel or personal expenses are to be borne by participants.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Tickets once booked are generally non-refundable.
• In case a participant is unable to attend, a transfer request may be considered up to 48–72 hours before the event, subject to approval.
• If the event is postponed or cancelled by organizers due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure, venue issues, emergencies), participants may be offered:
  • rescheduled access, or
  • credit toward a future Searching Soulmate event.

Nature of the Event

• This is a social wellness and community engagement event intended for meaningful interaction, light activities and guided conversations.
• The expert interaction is for general emotional wellness awareness and does not constitute therapy, diagnosis, or clinical treatment.

Participant Conduct

By attending, participants agree to:

• Maintain respectful and inclusive behavior.
• Avoid harassment, discrimination, abuse, or disruptive conduct.
• Respect personal boundaries and consent in all interactions.

Organizers reserve the right to remove any participant for misconduct without refund.

6. Food & Allergies

• Food will be arranged through the venue partner.
• Organizers and venue will not be liable for undisclosed dietary sensitivities.

Photography & Media Consent

• Photos/videos may be captured during the event for community memories and promotional use across digital and social platforms.
• By attending, participants consent to incidental inclusion in such content.
• Anyone uncomfortable being featured may inform organizers at check-in.

Social Impact Contribution

• A part of event proceeds may support the child-feeding initiative associated with this event.
• This contribution forms part of the event model and is not treated as a separate charitable donation by participants.

Liability Disclaimer

• Attendees participate voluntarily and at their own discretion.
• Organizers and partners are not responsible for personal loss, theft, injury or damages arising during attendance, except where required by law.

Organizer Rights

Searching Soulmate reserves the right to:

• modify agenda/activities/speakers if necessary
• change venue logistics due to operational needs
• refuse entry in exceptional circumstances for safety reasons.
