1. Eligibility
   This event is exclusively for individuals aged 30 years and above. Entry may be denied if the age criteria are not met or if the age is later found to be misrepresented. The maximum limit is 55 years
2. Registration & Payment

• Entry fee: ₹1,399 per person for men & ₹1,299 for women
• Registration is confirmed only upon successful payment
• Refreshments is included in the entry fee

1. Non-Refundable Policy
   All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the event of an organizer cancellation.
2. Event Nature

• This is a conversation and connection event, not a dating or matchmaking service
• No guarantee of relationship, match, or outcome is implied
• Participation is voluntary and based on mutual consent

1. Code of Conduct
   Participants must:

• behave respectfully toward all attendees
• avoid harassment, coercion, or inappropriate behavior
• respect personal boundaries and privacy

Any participant violating these norms may be asked to leave without refund.

1. Right to Admission
   The organizer reserves the right to:

• refuse or cancel any registration
• Modify event structure if needed for participant safety.
• The organisers will try to achieve a minimum gender balance.

1. Photography & Media
   By attending the event, participants consent to:

• non-intrusive photography or video recording
• use of anonymized images for promotional purposes
• The use of such content is for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.(Names and personal details will never be disclosed.)
• If you do not wish to be photographed or featured, you must inform the organizing team in writing prior to the event or notify the team at the venue upon arrival. We will make reasonable efforts to respect your preference.

1. Liability Disclaimer
   The organizer is not responsible for:

• personal disputes between participants
• any emotional or personal outcomes arising from interactions
• loss of personal belongings

Participation is at individual discretion.

Gender Ratio & Seat Availability

• The event has a limited capacity of 20–25 participants. Seats are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis after payment.
• The organizer will make reasonable efforts to maintain a balanced gender ratio for meaningful interaction.
  However, in case of a gender ratio mismatch, the organizer shall not be held liable for any imbalance in participation.
• To ensure a quality experience, the organizer reserves the right to:
• shift a few confirmed participants to an alternate date, if required due to gender count mismatch or operational constraints
• Announce a new date for such participants accordingly
• In such cases, participants will be informed in advance and given priority for the rescheduled event.
  This shall not be treated as an event cancellation.
