• Event Date & Venue
  • The event will be held on the date, time and venue communicated in your booking confirmation.
  • Organizers reserve the right to change the venue or schedule due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be informed in advance.
• Registration
  • Entry is strictly against a valid confirmed registration.
  • Seats are limited and registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Early Bird Offer
  • Early Bird price: ₹1,099 per person.
  • Offer valid only until 15th August or until the Early Bird allocation is exhausted, whichever is earlier.
• 1+1 Offer
  • Book for two participants and get a flat ₹250 off on the total booking.
  • This offer is available exclusively for bookings made through the Searching Soulmate website.
• The 1+1 offer cannot be combined with any other promotional coupon unless specifically stated.
• This offer is available till 17th August 2026
• Cancellation & Refund
  • Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • In case the event is cancelled by the organizer, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer the registration to a future event.
• Photography & Videography
  • The event may be photographed and recorded.
  • By attending, participants consent to the use of photographs and videos for Searching Soulmate's marketing and promotional purposes.
• Code of Conduct
  • We are committed to providing a safe, respectful and inclusive environment.
  • Any inappropriate behaviour, harassment or misconduct may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
• Organizer's Rights
  • Searching Soulmate reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any participant whose behaviour is deemed disruptive or unsafe.
