As our offerings comprise of services through our platform, we generally adhere to a strict no-refund policy. Payments made for our services are non-refundable.

Exceptional Circumstances

Notwithstanding the above, we understand that unforeseen situations may arise. In exceptional cases around our specialized expert advisory services at our sole discretion, we may consider a refund if we are unable to deliver the service within the agreed timelines for services or the expert chosen by you.

Process for Exceptional Refunds

Eligibility: Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis, solely at the discretion of the company.
Notification: The customer must notify us of the service delay within 10 days of the agreed delivery date.
Assessment: Upon receiving a notification, we will assess the situation to determine the cause of the delay and the feasibility of providing the service within a reasonable extended timeframe.
Scouting Best Resources: During this assessment period, we will make all reasonable efforts to allocate the best available resources to fulfill the service as originally intended.
Decision: If it is concluded that the service cannot be rendered as agreed, a partial or full refund may be initiated. The final decision regarding the amount and the eligibility for a refund will rest solely with the company.

Timeline for Refund

If a refund is approved, the process will be initiated within 30 working days of the decision. You will need to send a cancelled cheque for the same which the customer service team will confirm with you about.
